Day 175: 5 Minute Freewrite: Thursday - Prompt: robes

Hell Steemians,

Its been few days since I have done a free write - I intend to get back into doing them daily :) Todays free write was inspired by the awful weather here in Spain today and over the last week - lots of rain.

You wake up to the sound of heavy rain, and decide to go back to sleep for another snooze. Upon waking up again, its time to roll out of bed - its freezing today so its straight into the robe! As with every other morning its straight to the coffee machine for a warm cup of coffee to get your brain working.

Outside is terrible weather - heavy rain, gloomy looking with no chane of sunshine! To top it off it is freezing cold - a great excuse to stay inside for the day and catch up on Tv shows. Afte one TV show it feels like its time for some snacks and junk food! Into the kitchen you go - Oh no - no junk food here.. dam now what? Really dont want to get dressed and venture out - and surely you cant go to the supermarket in your robe... or can you? Being in a small town its the only option really as there are no delivery services.

Walking into the supermarket - you decide to not make eye contact and go straight for the junk section! O dear you see your work colleague and they have seen you - 'Hello!' you hear. Your heart literally sinks - and pretending you didnt hear them you run in the opposite direction and manage to get back home without anyone else noticing or saying anything.

Your colleagues at work on Monday all snicker and laugh under their breathe at you - but deep down you know it was all worth it!
