Are people going to fight corrupted governments with guns?
Is it even going to work? If you are going to fight a government you need something like an army.

Even if people managed to forcefully remove the government, and with the diversity of ideologies in every country, those who have access to more weapons, and more experienced with war will rule over others.

Initiating a civil war is not the same as fighting for ones freedom. And this exactly what happened in the middle east. Ordinary people get to the streets to cry for justice and freedom. Once the political regime started to shake, different entities who have access to weaponry initiated war not only with the government but with each other.
