Barefoot on earth: the Grounding and its physical and psychic benefits. Walking barefoot to receive its electrons directly in our body obtaining great benefits.

Putting our whole body in connection with the earth is possible: just step on it barefoot!

Have you ever had the feeling of taking off your shoes and running barefoot at the sight of a beautiful green lawn?
But what a wonderful feeling you can try, can you imagine it?
Here is that wonderful feeling of the contact between the feet and the ground is known in bioenergetics just like "Grounding".

What is Grounding?

It is that current of excitement that flows through the legs up to the feet and the ground.
Through Grounding, a person is rooted in the Earth, the body comes into contact with the Earth's surface obtaining great benefits.
Entering a little more in the technical details you can talk about the "earthing" through which the electricity is conducted.

The benefits of Grounding

are multiple not only helps to eliminate inflammation by accelerating healing:

  • It increases the variability of the cardiac index,
  • It reduces the viscosity of the blood,
  • it reduces stress,
  • It reduces pain,
  • It improves sleep,
  • It normalizes the nocturnal rhythm of cortisol,
  • It changes the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic activation.

In short, being barefoot in direct contact with our planet allows us to interact with our environment in a physical way but also to re-appropriate the instinctive part of ourselves.
Yes, because through the Grounding our body maintains its balance and health, it is enough letting loose.

How to start?

By making the soles of the feet adhere perfectly to the ground, feeling the weight of our body resting on our legs and feet and imagine having roots that start from the feet and descend deep into the Earth.
And this is the right time to start a deep and harmonious breathing to connect with the feelings of strength and solidity through the natural and reciprocal exchange of energy with the Earth.
In short, a sort of wireless network of positive energy compatible with all "human devices" that desire to feel good.
When we are afraid of not having the ability to face a problem or we are afraid of losing control or we struggle letting loose, instead of discouraging us, it's the moment to throw away our shoes choosing our beautiful green lawn to walk on and start to enjoy the gratifying feeling of physically interacting with the ground and being one with the environment that surrounds us, benefiting from all the bioenergetic power of the Earth.
