Collectivism is cancer. There is no such thing as society or towns. What you are referring to is some artificial grouping of individuals. What is society besides a number of individuals grouped in a certain geographic area? What is a town if not a number of individuals grouped in a smaller, taxed, district?
The negative rights vs positive rights is not pedantic, it's critical and basic. It's so simple! If you have to take from another, it's probably a positive right, and taking from another without their uncoerced consent is aggression. Simple!
There is no such thing as the things that you're describing in other words, you're telling me that Towns, and Society don't exist outside towns and society by definition. There is no such thing as a table, it's a flat elevated surface.
