France's initiative to resolve the Lebanese crisis

After that the French took the diplomatic initiative Basil said he hoped that the problem will be resolved quickly and Saad Hariri will return to the country. Then do whatever he wants to do.

Basil will visit Moscow on Friday. There will be a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. It is believed that the Lebanese crisis and Saad Hariri's 'detention' issue will be discussed.
