A little treat fresh Morrels!

A friend came across some morrel mushrooms today. I have never seen them here in South Dakota. Excited to add another locally foragable food to my list of possibles.
Sauté a little onion garlic and the morrelsin some butter . Add yesterday's left over chicken and Walla! Supper! IMG_1307.JPG
