Take a close look at some ancient technology used to irrigate the National Arena in the middle of a hot summer day. This is Romania, we have a cool arena and a bad management. This is also why our team is watching the World Cup on TV...because of bad management not the grass :) In our country we also need at least two people to do a simple job as you can see in the picture below.
