That is something only they themselves know. Others can only speculate based on the information publicly available. Messi is currently 31 years old and Ronaldo 33 years.
So, they have already played over their prime youth. I would say it is reasonable to assume Messi will retire in two or three years from now. As for Ronaldo, he may keep on playing even after he is 35 because he has strong fitness and keeps himself fit.
