London - Chelsea fully controlled the first round match against Huddersfield Town at Stamford Bridge on Thursday (10/5) pm dawn. Although Chelsea dominant, the score is still 0-0.
Chelsea controlled the ball, while Huddersfield intend to appear to survive. Chelsea's first chance came in the sixth minute when Marcos Alonso kicked off although Jonas Lossl could be muffled at the near post.
Three minutes later, Chelsea again threatened. Willian beat the guard guard, before firing a shot at the far post but the ball was still off the mark.
In the 12th minute, Chelsea missed a golden opportunity. A mature cross from Cesc Fabregas meets Antonio Ruediger, who is not escorted. However, Ruediger's header strayed.
Chelsea got closer to his first goal. In the 15th minute, Lossl failed to catch a corner soccer ball, but a Huddersfield defender was able to sweep the ball.
Another chance came from Chelsea. After half an hour, Alvaro Morata from close range can be caught Lossl.
Entering the last five minutes, a chance again missed Chelsea. Operans breakthrough N'Golo Kante received Morata. However, Morata had too much control of the ball so had to get past Lossl, kicking him from a narrow angle just rolling in front of goal and no other Chelsea players were welcomed.
The Chelsea players protested to the referee after the first half whistle sounded. The reason, when Chelsea are going to do a corner kick.
