Saturday Night Braai
**Saturday Night Braai **
Tonight we decided to have a nice Braai. For starters you need to have proper coals with good heat to Braai the meat to perfection.
Look at the nice red coals, looking perfect to Braai the meat.
We decided on pork tjops and Boere Wors (Directly translated Farmers Sausage)
This is the set-up where I Braai, it is outside, tonight at around 20h00, in almost the middle of winter I was Braaing outside with a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius. There were also a beer or two involved in the process.
Below is the final meal, some nice salad, potato with sour cream and the delicious meat.
All that was left at the end was some bones!! Delicious!!

Really nice to see. Am I right you are from Africa because Braai sounds like a little bit of Afrikaans (dutch like)
