How to make a super food fruit bowl :)

This is my homemade favourite breakfast :) Full of goodness in one bowl, so healthy and lots vitamin, so yummy!

It's so easy to make. First you just need to make a dragon fruit smoothies with some almond milk and chia seed, blended it together, then pour it to the bowl.

Second step, you just added some slices of banana, mango,pineapple, blueberry, raspberry, some coconut flakes , oats / granola and healthy seeds ( such as sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, almond, etc ).
