FOOD | Banana and Sweet Potato with Ginamos
Food is always love and that is a reality.😊
A few days ago, we had our kick off for this month The event was held at beachfront and we had the entire day to enjoy it. Everyone was having a great time especially with the foods that we had. We made sure that it would be a SEAFOODS day. Well, I will not share any photo of it but rather, the one which I barely eat because I seldom see it in the city.
It consists of a sweet potato and banana. They were eaten perfectly with a delicious dip of what we called, Ginamus or a salted anchovy. Ginamus can be prepared with a calamansi or lemon and chili. Yummy! It really made my day and not to mention that there were still other foods on the table. Of course, it was perfectly paired with my choice of beverage.
