A container Van transformed into a thriving food arena

It's raining cats and dogs now and I'm stucked in Cebu Museum. No worries no time wasted as Im. busying myself with blogging about my life experience or Erlibnis as they call it in Deutsche.
THE MARKET, that's what it's called us a food area of local cuisine and some foreign taste served in low-key setting meaning non air-con and the aroma of food and the steam makes part of the culinary experience.

I love how they make use of rattan baskets for lamps and how they utilized drums for chairs and pebbles for floor. I also love the idea that you can eat variety of food in one single stop.

We couldn't stop ourselves from devouring these.In Filipino culture food has been central to all family and friendly gatherings. Hence no wonder the food industry had survived economic upheavals and has always innovate to survive. The utilisation of metal containers with artsy facade and good music has been one of these. Also, with that eating behavior such as cleaning after oneself and more efficiently food utensils and plates also come into place
Nowadays when people dine in they expect not only superb food but also social network worthy ambiance least. Funny photos such as this makes good advertisement hence more and more of this you'd expect in your culinary adventure.Which is a good thing. Once again, open market with free competition favors the consumer
DEFINITELY I get my money worth with a filled stomach and visual-olfactory experience. By supporting entrepreneurs like this I hope that we also provide better jobs for our fellowmen. Yes others may prefer home cooking being practical in there hard up times but holding on to those paycheck isn't helping our economy. We need to make money roll. So when I psot things here it's not just me having fun but it's me believing that in this universe there is too much abundance if you just believe.
