My daughter loves pasta. Some time ago I made a béchamel sauce with liquefied half onion, 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, half a teaspoon of salt, and a little grated nutmeg. I put the mixture to heat over medium heat until it thickened. In another frying pan sautéed in 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 cloves of garlic and half a paprika cut into small pieces, then I added the béchamel sauce, and mixed with approximately 75 grams of Parmesan cheese and 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, until these melted and they joined. In parallel I cooked the pasta for approximately 7 minutes, drained it and added it to the previous preparation. Before serving I ground pepper and decorated with parsley. And when we were eating them, my daughter told me: Dad take a picture! Uff, I almost forgot to do it.

A mi hija le encanta la pasta. Hace un tiempo hice una salsa bechamel licuando media cebolla, 2 tazas de leche, 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo, media cucharadita pequeña de sal, y un poco de nuez moscada rallada. Puse la mezcla a calentar a fuego medio hasta que espesara. En otro sartén sofreí en 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, 2 dientes de ajo y medio pimentón cortado en pequeños trozos, luego le añadí la salsa bechamel, y mezclé con aproximadamente 75 gramos de queso parmesano y 100 gramos de queso mozzarella, hasta que estos se derritieron y se incorporaron. En paralelo cociné la pasta por aproximadamente 7 minutos, la escurrí y se la añadí a la preparación anterior. Antes de servir le molí pimienta y decoré con perejil. Y cuando nos las estábamos comiendo, mi hija me dijo: Papá tomale una foto! Uff, casi me olvido de hacerlo.
