5 natural and effective antibiotics that can be found in your kitchen

Antibiotics are types of antimicrobial substance active against bacteria and is the most important type of antibacterial agent for fighting bacterial and fungus infections.
Simply, Antibiotics are known as antibacterial which are medications that destroy or slow down the growth of bacteria. This medications can not only be found in the hospital but can as well be found in the home especially in the kitchen. There are some natural materials that contains antibacterial properties which are safe to use.
I will briefly talk about 5 natural and effective antibiotics which could be found easily at home and first on our list

I. ONIONS : Mr Onion could be a common and simple vegetable on a kitchen chop board but there is more that meet the eyes. Actually it is one of the oldest vegetable ever grown and used by man, about 5,500 years ago it was cultivated in the eastern part of the world for its medicinal values so respect it.
It contains powerful flavonoids that have antibiotic effects, and, like garlic, they contain therapeutic sulfur compounds called cysteine sulphides. This chemical compound really combats any bacteria activity in the body and onions also reduces blood sugar level.

ii. GARLIC : This is a close relative of onions with similar antibiotics property, it contains a chemical named Allicin which is responsible for the distinctive odour from garlic when crushed.
Allicin is effective against some parasites and various pathogens in the body.
It's also a great help in relieving the effects of colds, flus and toothaches. It doesn't hurt that organic garlic is also quite affordable.

iii. GINGER: This is another plant loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain.
Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory, it helps against rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is high in anti toxidant which fights against cancer, it also reduce blood sugar.
Consuming ginger relives stomach and menstruation cramps, it also ease digestion.

iv. APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR : it contains malic acid which is a substance known for having anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Apple cidar vinegar benefits includes weight loss , lowering blood pressure and cholesterol level, soothe sore throat and reduces indigestion.

V. HONEY: Raw honey contains an array of plant chemicals that act as antioxidants. It naturally contains hydrogen peroxide, an antiseptic which fight against bacteria and fungus.
Honey is gaining acceptance as an agent for the treatment of ulcers, bed sores and other skin infections resulting from burns and wounds, it also sooth sore throat and helps for digestion issues.
