Grilled meat (kebab, shashlyk)

Ingredients:

  • pork (best neck) - 3 kg
  • 3 onions
  • 2 packs of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • mixture of spices (dried peppers, dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, cilantro, zira) - each spice 1 teaspoon

1. Meat cut into pieces about the size of 3*3*3 cm. Onion peel and cut into cubes.

2. Add the onion, mayonnaise, salt and spices to the meat, mix and leave to marinate a day.

3. The best way to cook shashlyk - grill it on the skewers. It must often rotate and watch to not burnt.
