How to Stir-Fried Kales That Still Taste Fresh And Crispy Even They are Cooked

Have you ever stir-fried vegetables and they gone wobbly soft? I did many times until I discovered the technique that actually help the vegetables still crispy fresh even they are cooked. The secret for the freshness is "high heat and cook fast" So, this recipe will be a very quick to make and I know you will like it.

Ingredients:

• 6 stalks Kale
• 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
• 2 chilies (crushed)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon of mushroom sauce (Mushroom Soy Sauce Healthy Boy Brand)
• 1 tablespoons of mushroom sticky sauce (Mushroom Sauce Takee Brand)
• a pinch of coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup of water
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

If you cannot find the exact same sauce as in this recipe, you can replace some ingredients with what you have in hand that has similar test and texture. Play with what you have and enjoy the unique result :)

Directions:

• Heat an vegetable oil in hot pan over high heat. Add garlic and chilies then stir fried until it smells.

• Add kale, mushroom sauce, mushroom sticky sauce, coconut sugar and water in.
• Stir-fried quickly until the kale shrinks then turn off heat immediately.
• Sprinkle with ground pepper and serve with steamed rice.
