Salad Stew sauce... Ingredients and recipe
Today I decided to try something new, so I went to the market, bought some salad ingredients and stew ingredients which includes; Carrots, Green Peppers, Chili Peppers, Onions, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers, Tomato Paste, Meat, Spices etc...
Quite tedious slicing everything, but it was a bit kinda fun, especially while chopping the carrots, had to throw some straight into my mouth...
Then I steamed the meat after adding the spices and ingredients needed.
The whole process became a bit challenging when I started frying, from frying the meat, to the salad ingredients and stew ingredients
After which I added everything together.
And allowed it to cook for a while, then served it hot...
