'Meat', Dogs, Fish - Being Injected By Hand With Water Before Turning Up in Supermarkets. We Need To Sell Produce By Mineral Density, Not by Weight.

I've known for a long time that 'meat' and fish are pumped up artificially with liquids to inflate their prices in supermarkets.. Check out this video for evidence. What might the solution be?

It's obvious to me for a long list of reasons that I cannot trust supermarkets and other suppliers to reliably provide 'food' at even an average standard, let alone a high standard. Setting aside my issues with eating dead animals (and the issues most people have with eating dogs) - this video, apparently from China, shows us important reasons to be self sufficient with our food.

Most people are not aware at this point of the options available for increasing yields of plant based foods at home that makes them viable as a way to feed a family - we do NOT have to rely on synthetic fertiliser corporations. We can use rockdust and Compost Tea to actually create a higher quality soil and environment for plants to produce food in than is possible via mainstream synthetic products.

Sell by mineral density, not by weight

I remember that long ago I heard of shops in Japan that price produce according to the mineral density of each unique item, instead of selling by weight. This creates a situation where one melon might be 5 times the price of the next melon, even though they are the same size. The reason is that one has been tested to contain a much higher level of minerals than the other.

This level of honest testing is perhaps the only way to be sure that we are buying NUTRITION and not just 'food' that may or may not contain what we really need. How else can we stop these bad practices of artificially inflating foods just for profit?
