chicken sausage pasta with creamy sun dried tomato pesto
Cook half an onion for 6-8 minutes then
Throw in the chicken sausage for another 5 minutes.
Toss in the spiral zucchini ;)
Add sundried tomato pesto and cream cheese.
Add half and half, your favorite noodle, fresh diced tomatoes , parsley and Parmesan.
Fill mixture into a baking pan at 400 degrees . Top with fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and bread crumbs and bake until bubbly and the melted cheese is happy.
Serve and garnish
