Have you ever wonder how Tequila is made? First Let's try to understand chemisty of Tequila.

So smell of Tequila is from IsoValeraldehyde and isoamyl alcohol and as per this info graph, yes scientist could have converted tequila into Diamonds 💠💠💠💠 ( All Tequila Lovers, just think about it, how much you have drank so far (😂😂)
Now Process of producing Tequila:
1. The Agave Plant :
This is key ingredient and this plant flourish in silicate rich volcanic soil in Jalisco and nearby Mexico States.
2.Harvesting Agave:
Agave normally ripe in 7-8 years and have red patches when ripe:
3. Cooking Agave
Agave are then heated in oven called Horno for 24-48 hours.
4.Extraction
After cooking Agave now called pina is shredded to release sugary juice.
5.Fermentation
Next step of the process is fermentation in which agava juice is converted into alcohol using yeast.Normally this process last for 24-96 hours.
6. Distillation
Now it is distilled several times. Product of first distillation is called 'ordinario' and product after second round of distillation can be called as tequila having around 55%-75% alc./vol
7.Blending and Additives
Additives such as caramel coloring,sugar syrup,glycerin,oak extract and flavoring are added to have different variety of taste.
8. Bottling and Packaging
Now comes the final part of bottling and Packaging after required level of dilution and here you have finally your super fine Tequila.
