A GREAT FOOD MISTAKE - NEVER EAT IT

Do you like porridge (cereals) with fruits?
A classical breakfast, yeah?
Millions of people eat them together!

A great mistake!!

Why?

If we wanna be healthy, we must pay attnetion not only to WHAT we eat, but also to WHEN and HOW, otherwise even tonnes of vitamins will not be useful for us.

It is very important for us to know which foods can be eaten together, in what sequence, and which ones can be eaten separately.

If after cabbage you eat garlic, then cabbage will not digest, but will rot!
If the fruits are eaten for dessert after a hearty meal, they remain in the stomach along with the long-digested food and after 20 minutes begin to ferment.

Each type of food requires a specific composition of enzymes. This means that for the digestion of a particular food, a special composition of the gastric juice is needed.

So what is the mistake with fruits and cereals?

Fruits quickly split, sweet fruits linger in the stomach a little longer than acidic fruits. Fruits must be taken separately, for example, at lunch or before the start of the meal.
It is very unfavorable to eat fruit after eating, because then fermentation begins in the stomach!

Fruit is fructose, sugar.

Porridge is starch.

Their combination causes fermentation in the intestines!

This causes not only flatulence and bloating, but also harmful putrefactive processes that substantially poison the body by breaking the digestive system.

The best combination is cereals with fat, greens or vegetables.

But how can we live without sweet cereals? We are used to eat it so much!

There is a way out.

It promotes the absorption of biologically active substances and delays the processes of food decay.

That's really interesting. I wasn't aware of that but it totally makes sense. I usually have fruit as a dessert with my lunch, but maybe I'll have to start coming up with a little different plan for lunch. Or, as you say, start implementing more honey which is such an incredible food in so many ways.

I wasn't aware of many food secrets earlier as well, and ate like millions of other people wondering why the stomack was painful from time to time, why diseases came, why headaches visited me..
why why... just look at your plate;)
fruits are NOT a dessert, one more mistake;(
eat fruits BEFORE eating your meal, after 20 min they will leave your stomack, and it will be ready for more "heavy food". Otherwise the main meal will not have time to be digested fully (if it's meat it's more than 2 hours!) and will rot, poisoning the body.
There're a lot of such secrets if we start to study digestion process. I share a lot of them here because I was shocked that I knew nothing and made harm for myself;( Maybe some people will correct their nutrition as well and become healthier

I never heard anything like this before - now I'm asking myself if it's true or not.

I did some googling and found some articles out there claiming the same, but none of them had any references. I also did some searching on google scholars without any success.

During the last weeks I've been eating quite much mandarins on an empty stomach, and I've had quite some unpleasant sulphuric winds - I don't know if there is a correlation though.

The fact is the best reference here is knowledge of chemistry. Which elements and what combinations lead to that or this reaction. To tell you the truth, I am not a master of chemistry, but I communicated with many people who are worth of trust and respect (they've spent many years studying healthy way of eating and its influence on people and their diseases, they're well-known in my coutnry, they're popular and loved because they've helped millions of people). I try to check any info asking them for explanations or rejection. In this question they all agreed that it really causes fermentation because of chemical reactions in the body.
Of course, porridge +fruits is better than a hamburger but still it can't be called useful completely.
Fruits are the thing that should be eaten separately BEFORE eating.
