I and my family, would like to take a minute and wish all my friends and neighbors to the south " The United States of America " an awesome thanksgiving day this 22nd of November.

We always cook up a turkey for this special day up here in Alberta Canada. I don't have any new turkey recipes but a tip on which temperature and times is best to cook your bird.
