Cooked in a medium oven (pre-heated oven 15 minutes before) in a glass pyrex previously greased and floured for 20 minutes. Check by pricking a knife if it comes out clean they are! .
Once cold, bathe with icing and cut into small squares once dry. For the #glase I used 200 grams of impalpable sugar and the juice of half a lemon
My pyrex measures 23 cm wide and 35 cm long approx! .
They were moist, tasty and yielding! A delicacy!
