Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons cumin powder.
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder.
- 600 Grams of that shrimp.
- 1 Tablespoon of pepper.
- 1 Green bell pepper.
- Cooking oil to taste.
- 1 Red bell pepper.
- 1 Yellow pepper.
- 1 Piece of garlic.
- 2 Teaspoon salt.
- Cheese to taste.
- 1 Onion.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Prepare shrimp and peel, then wash until clean. Set aside.
- Prepare red peppers, yellow peppers, and green peppers, then cut into sections. Set aside.
- Prepare garlic and onions, then sliced thinly. Set aside.
- Turn on the stove over medium heat, put the pan on top of it and then put some oil. Wait until the oil is hot.
- If the oil is hot, add shrimp. Cook until well done. Then drain.
- Reduce the oil in the frying pan, then saute onions and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- If it is fragrant, input all peppers that have been cut, add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Put the shrimp were fried in the frying pan. Stir well, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Move the cooked shrimp to the serving dish.
- Shrimp fajita is ready to serve.
