  • 1 tablespoon peach jam
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 50mL whiskey
  • 75g ice
  • lemon twist

The steps

  1. Mix ice, whiskey, lemon juice and peach jam in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Cover with the lid and shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain to the serving glass of your choice.
  4. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
