Quick Salad Recipe - Beans & Corn
This beans and corn salad is very tasty and it can be served by itself, maybe with a little bread. It is full of vitamins, minerals, protein... very healthy and very easy to make.
- 1 can of beans
- 1 can of corn kernels
- juice from one lemon
- 1 large tomato
- red onion
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Wash and drain the canned beans and corn. Chop tomato and parsley and mix everything.
For a tropical taste you can use lime and cilantro instead of lemon and parsley.
