Homemade Vegan Hemp cheese

Who doesn't love Hemp seeds

So lets start by saying this took me while to know i can make the best tasting vegan cheese that i can use on anything from tacos to nachos to vegan burgers to anything you can think of putting it on.

Well in this recipe i am gonna do some step by step on this cheese sauce made from none other the the amazing plant hemp. No this cheese is not gonna make you all baked but it will make you feel great that no animals are harmed when you make or eat this cheese unlike Cow pus cheese.

So to start why don't we list off the ingradents your gonna need to make this.

1. Hulled hemp seeds -- 1/2 cup
2. sun-dried tomatoes -- about 6 peices
3. garlic powder -- 2 teaspoons
4. onion powder - 1 teaspoon
5. water -- 1 cup or more for running cheese
6. tumeric - 1/4-1/8 teaspoon mostly for colour
7. nutritional yeast -- 1/2 cup or more if wanted

I like to use my nutrabullet but any blender will work. Just start by adding everything in to the blender and get it as smooth and creamy as you can. Now you can make this thick by adding less water or thin by adding more water to sauce. Now i like to use 1/2 cup hemp seeds to around 1 cup or so water and don't be shy on the nutch as it is the cheesy flavor.
