Then how to coconut oil poison?
If coconut oil increases energy in our body and it is also good for the heart. So the question arises, why is it being poisoned?

Dr. Ahmed also responds to this. According to him, if one consumes only coconut oil, the saturated fat in his body can be very high. Therefore it is advisable to consume different types of oil.

Coconut oil is consumed in the southern part of India but it is not harmful because people eat other types of food by consuming other types of oil.

The outcome of the BBC's program surprised the Professor Khaw of Cambridge University. He said, "Why this result is not clear to me, it may be that the salutated fat found in coconut oil contains loric acid, which affects the blood."

Overall, the coconut oil is completely healthy for us or it is completely harmful, both thoughts are incomplete in itself. Only taking coconut oil can remove our body from other elements.

Finally, in the advice of Professor Khaw, if you put coconut oil in a food, then continue it, there is no way to stop coconut oil from eating completely.
