Tomato Omelet

Today I share with you a special dish: Tomato Omelet.

Tomatoes and eggs can be said to be a natural pair, whether it is soup or cooking. In fact, tomatoes and eggs can also be eaten as a cake, the method is simple and delicious.

The fruit of tomato is very rich in nutrients and has a special flavor and inhibits bacteria; it also contains malic acid, citric acid and sugar to help digestion.

Organic acids such as malic acid and citric acid in tomatoes also increase the acidity of gastric juice, help digestion, and regulate gastrointestinal function. Tomatoes contain fruit acids, which lower cholesterol levels and are beneficial for hyperlipidemia.

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and carotene and various elements such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and iodine. They also contain protein, sugar, organic acids and cellulose. So regular consumption is a good choice.

Need to be prepared ingredients:

1: eggs (two); 2: tomatoes (three); 3: medium-gluten flour (100 g); 4: shallots (5 g); 5: salt (3-4 g).

Step:

1: Pour the water into the pot and boil it, add in tomato and cook for 1 minute;

2: Remove the epidermis and pedicle of the tomato, then chop the tomato and shallot with a knife;

3: Pour the medium-gluten flour and eggs into the bowl and stir into a batter;

4: Then pour the tomato, shallot and salt into the bowl and mix well, then let stand for 2-3 minutes;

5: Put the vegetable oil in the pot and heat it to 20%, then pour the prepared batter and frying for 1.5 minutes on low heat;

6: After closing the fire, cover the lid and wait for 30 seconds to complete.

Matters needing attention: 

1: When cooking tomatoes, according to the actual situation, the time should not be too long, otherwise the nutritional value will be lost a lot;

2: Please choose medium flour for flour;

3: How much salt you put in depends on your preference, if you like other seasonings, you can add it as appropriate;

4: When frying the batter, you must use a small fire. When the color of the bottom of the batter turns golden yellow, you can turn off the fire;

5: Wait 30 seconds after turning off the fire, so the taste will be better.
