Wild Caught Salmon @senseicat

I realized that I am a little old fashioned in that I prepare a hot breakfast for my son each morning. Today, he has a football game after school so I decided to fuel him up with a wild caught salmon patty to being the day along with cinnamon waffles.

It is definitely easier to rely on convenience foods or even be tempted to skip the most important meal of the day, but I think that taking the time to have a freshly prepared meal is an investment in your health.
