KREASI DALAM KULINER TRADISIONAL [INA – ING]

Memiliki kuliner khas tersendiri adalah merupakan ciri serta jati diri sebuah daerah. Biasanya di berbagai acara maupun kesempatan akan lahir inovasi dan kreasi dalam menciptakan keunikan kuliner dengan gaya kekinian atau dengan istilah sekarang kreasi zaman now.

Seperti halnya kuliner khas dari Aceh. Kuliner berupa kue yang merupakan salah satu hantaran atau buah tangan dari pengantin (bungong jaroe) pada acara resepsi pernikahan (Preh Dara Baro). Ukiran khas ini berbentuk dari mulai bunga hingga Pinto Aceh atau sebagainya. Kue tersebut di antaranya berupa Meusekat, Keukarah, Dudoi, Wajeb,keukarah, dan bhoi.Semua kue telah di hias dengan berbagai bentuk yang indah.

Salah satu gambar yang saya perlihatkan kepada sahabat steemian adalah kue meuseukat. Pada kue tersebut terdapat lukisan sebuah lambang pemerintah kabupaten Aceh Utara. Gambar ini saya ambil di sebuah stand pameran pada Pekan Kebudayaan Aceh di Banda Aceh.Kita harapkan tahun 2018 yang direncanakan akan dilaksanakan Pekan Kebudayaan Aceh akan melahirkan produksi kue tradisional kreasi dan inovasi baru.

I took this picture at an exhibition stand at the Aceh Culture Week in Banda Aceh. Congratulations in 2018 that will be held the Cultural Week of Aceh will give birth to the production of traditional cakes creations and new innovations.
