This tropical inspired dessert is fun and delicious. The mango island and the coconut ice cream sandbar with the essential umbrella are the perfect escape from your ordinary and boring after dinner treats. Crisp, cool and refreshing with sticky rice swimming in coconut milk as the ocean below. 😜
