Hi Koristrange, Thank you for your upvote. The Satay meat on the above image is made from Fish meat. The raw boneless fish meat were marinated with a special secret sauces and twisted on the bamboo skewers. Then, grill it on the charcoal stove. Finally, complete it by topping it with a special made of a mixture peanut paste and sweet soya sauce. Fish Meat can be replaced by Chicken Meat, Beef, Lamb, etc. Bon Appetite...
