- 1 cup of black sticky rice
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 block of palm sugar
- 300 ml of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
- 1 sachet of coconut milk powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Wash sticky rice until clean, then boil until the water shrinks.
Let stand about 1 hour, until the water permeates and the sticky rice becomes half-cooked.
Add 300 ml water, sugar, salt and pandan leaves, try flavor, if less sweet can be added sugar according to taste.
For coconut milk, boiled coconut milk, add salt and pandan leaves. Because of using coconut milk powder, to thicken it use 1 tbsp of water-diluted maize.
Coconut milk can be directly mixed into the porridge or poured on it.
Ready served warm and cold, yummy
