Asam udang merupakan salah satu asam khas aceh. Asam udang ini sering dibuat oleh orang aceh ketika pagi dan siang hari. Rasanya yang gurih membuat makanan yang kita makan semakin lezat. Makan nasi tanpa asam udang rasanya ada yang kurang.
