Ingredients:

  • 1 box of tofu silk
  • 1 bunch of horenzo leaves
  • 1 ounce of simeji mushrooms
  • 1 egg eggs take the white aja and shake softly do not foam.

Seasoning:

  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 pieces of chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Boil briefly leaves horenzo.
  2. Chop and input into egg whites.
  3. Prepare the tofu silk on top of the bowl and sprinkle it with horenzo leaves and steam for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir-fry garlic until hatuk input mushrooms simeji and other spices. Once mature set aside.
  5. Lift the steamed tofu. Put on a plate and flush with simeji mushroom sauce and serve it.
