Ingredients :
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 small brownies (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup of thick cream
How to make:
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave while stirring occasionally for chocolate to melt perfectly, then set aside
- Prepare a mold that resembles a ball to form chocolate.
- Pour the white chocolate inside the mold and put it into the frezeer for 30 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
- Open slowly white chocolate mold to keep the brown ball from breaking.
Prepare 2 small brownies and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Gently place the white chocolate ball.
- Add the bluberry and rasberry fruit as a sweetener.
- Melt dark chocolate and add thick cream, stir well.
- Pour the melted chocolate and cream over the white chocolate ball.
- Chocolate ice cream balls are ready and enjoyed
