CASTANGEL CAKE
- 300 grams of low protein flour
- 185 grams of margarine
- 150 grams of edam cheese, grated
- 15 grams of roombutter
- 3 egg yolks
- 75 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 egg yolks
- First shake roombutter and margarine until soft, then add three egg yolks one by one into it while shaked until evenly distributed.
- After that enter the wheat flour gradually while stirring for a more flat, then enter grated edam cheese, stir again until blended.
- Prepare a plastic triangle, insert dough kastengel cookie in it.
- Then cut the plastic end, make a diameter of 1 cm.
- Then spray the cake dough elongated and cut the dough with a length of approximately 3 cm neatly.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine first.
- Then spread the top of the kastengel dough with an egg yolk brush with a brush, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake into the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until yellow brown.
- Lift and chill.
- Put into a jar and cookies are ready to serve.
