RE: Sunday Special : Rasgulla Kheer - Best Indian Dessert+Dish

in #food7 years ago

Hello @gulshannsaini!
I have no idea about this dish. In my country, I have not been exposed to anything beyond rice pudding. This looks more interesting. What is the white ball in the middle of the bowl?
Is this a single serving or meant to be shared with many people?

Haha.. thanks for concerning my post. well I think I should have mentioned the recipe. Well this is what my mom cooks for some special day. This is her recipe to mix two desserts in one what make it more delicious.
This is a combination of Kheer with rasgulla. Those white balls are another Indian dessert Rasgullas. And this can be made by different methods too.. but my mom cooks with this combination Milk+Rice+Nuts+ Cardamom seeds+ Rasgulla
We first prepare the Kheer and then keep it in refrigerator for cooling and then we add Rasgullas. And then we eat the slice of Rasgulla with Kheer. If you want to make simple Kheer you can see the recipe on Google by searching recipe of Indian dessert Kheer and Rasgulla as well. And if you want I can tell you how my mom prepare it. It's very simple. And this is total pure vegetarian dish. Anyway thanks ma'am your every question and appreciating my work is important to me. 😊 And yes I ate it all. I clicked this picture right before I supposed to eat this. It was so creamy and yummy. And mom made it for everyone in the house. You can try to make this one day...

Very good @gulshannsaini!
As you are getting started on the platform it is always better to give more information than not enough. You now have another opportunity to write another post showing you or your Mother making these dishes with her unique recipe with step by step pictures. If you are referring to something that is already posted on the internet, like a recipe you should share the link right in your post, (instead of making your followers hunt for the info themselves). You never want your followers to have to leave your post. Just make sure that you give the person who wrote the article you have included in your post, credit. This is called citing your source. (Just my opinion based on experience.) :)

Thanks for sharing your experience with me. I'm so grateful for being concerned in your thought. It's been one week and I'm overwhelmed from your so much support. Thanks again maam.

You are most welcome @gulshannsaini! Wonderful people helped me on here when I started and you will help others too...in time once you get some experience under your belt. We all "win" when we work together as a team. :)

Well someday I think I will mention you too as you are mentioning those people who appreciated your work. I think it's a good thing. ☺ Well check out my new post.
