It is a very delicious typical sweet is made with the following ingredients:
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of corn flour
300 milliliters of condensed milk.
1 cup of milk
100 grams of sugar.
100 grams of shredded paper or brown sugar.
1 sprig of cinnamon and cinnamon powder.
A little salt.

The first thing we will do is place the milk and corn flour in a bowl, with the help of a hand mixer or an electric mixer, mix well until the two ingredients are unified, then add half of the milk in the same container. coconut and continue mixing until there is a smooth consistency as seen in the video, then put it in a pot and let a few minutes on low heat, do not forget to keep mixing, when you see that it started to boil that means that this list more or less should be left in that consistency, then we will add the sugar and shredded paper continue stirring until both ingredients are dissolved, then the condensed milk is applied, we will continue mixing when well mixed add a sprig of cinnamon, a little salt and remember to keep moving the mixture every time you add the ingredients, then add the other part of the coconut milk mix well and let it cook. ine until the mixture begins to hold more consistency.

When it is thicker, we will pass it to a refractory or container and spread it all over the mold until it is even; now let it rest for about 30 minutes, if you want you can add grated coconut or simply apply ground cinnamon on it. We put it in the fridge for 1 hour so it is cold and then it is totally ready to eat and enjoy it because it is truly divine!
