RECIPE - "Asparagus and prawns omelette"
- 5 eggs
- Asparagus
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Put the peeled and chopped prawns together with the asparagus and garlic in a frying pan with a little oil and cook for 3 or 4 minutes with a little salt.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and add the mixture of the frying pan and stir well.
- In the same frying pan, put everything on a low heat and let it cook, if you want you can cover the frying pan so it will cook better.
- Carefully turn it over, with the help of a plate or with the lid of the pan. Let it cook a little on the other side and serve on the plate. Enjoy!
