RECETA - "Pastelitos salados de quinoa"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? El otro día me compre unos moldes tipo para hacer magdalenas o galletas, pero ¿quién dijo que no se pueden hacer cosas saladas también?




INGREDIENTES
  • 100 gr de quinoa
  • Tomates
  • Albahaca
  • 2 huevos
  • Queso vegano para rallar (o queso normal)


  • Cocemos la quinoa 10 minutos
  • En un bol ponemos los tomates y la albahaca bien picados
  • Añadimos la quinoa al bol y especias.
  • Luego batimos los huevos y los echamos al bol junto con el queso y mezclamos bien
  • Ponemos en el molde la mezcla, echando un poco de queso por encima para que se gratine por arriba.
  • Ponemos al horno 5 minutos y ¡a disfrutar!
