Hello everyone!

Today is the day to share with you another Paleo recipe. This time I made a Strawberry and Lemon Curd Trifle. A delicious!

Hoje é dia de partilhar convosco mais uma receita Paleo. Desta vez fiz um Trifle de Morango e Lemon Curd na taça. Uma delicia!

Ingredients for the Lemon Curd:

Ingredientes para o Lemon Curd:

Directions:

Bring together the butter, sugar or honey, juice and lemon zest.
Let it boil for a few minutes, remove from the heat and add the egg yolks and scrambled whole.
Bring to the heat again until thick.

Preparação:

Levar ao lume a manteiga, o açúcar ou mel, o sumo e a raspa de limão.
Deixar ferver alguns minutos, retirar do lume e juntar as gemas e o ovo inteiro mexidos.
Levar ao lume novamente até engrossar.

Assembly:

Assembly is done as you wish. In a few cups I first put the lemon curd, then the whipped cream with a little brown sugar, then the cut strawberries and slices of paleo cake (or Paleo wafers)
Repeat the layers.

Montagem:

A montagem é feita como vocês quiserem. Em algumas taças coloquei primeiro o lemon curd, depois as natas batidas com um pouco de açúcar mascavado, a seguir os morangos cortados e fatias de bolo paleo (ou bolacha partida)
Repetir as camadas.
