Ingredientes:

• 3 claras de ovo
• 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar de côco
• 60g de farinha de amêndoa

• 3 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
• 60g almond flour

Preparação:

• Misturar o açúcar com a farinha.
  Bater as claras em castelo. E envolver o preparado anterior delicadamente sem tirar o ar às claras.
  Num tabuleiro com papel vegetal fazer pequenos montinhos com uma colher e levar ao forno a 170 ºC, durante 15 a 20 minutos e deixar arrefecer no forno com a porta semi-aberta.
  Colocar uma amêndoa por cima de cada bolinho.

  Beat the egg whites. And wrap the previous preparation delicately without taking out the air in the clear.
  In a tray with vegetable paper, make small bundles with a spoon and bake at 170 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes and leave to cool in the oven with the semi-open door. Place an almond over each cookie.
