Bonsai Sushi @ Venezuela

Hello Steemit friends.

Today I wanna share an amazing experience at my favorite sushi restaurant.

I had almost six months since I had my last sushi meal. So, when we were walking at the mall and everybody agree on go there, I felt like the happiest woman in the whole world.

Well, the time came. The waiter asks for my decision and I stay BLANK... NOTHING... I had no idea of which dish I want to take. So he looks at me and says: Do you want a suggestion? And my only choice was to say yes. For the first time in my life I didn't choose what does my perfect roll will made of.

The decision was taken, now I had to wait. I was going to try a new roll (I always try to go for a new one so I can taste I little bit of everything on the menu), but I was nervous because I didn't choose it.

My dish finally arrive... And... IT WAS PERFECT!!!

It called Sensei Roll, was made with chives, squid, shrimp, cream cheese, wakame and surimi mix, eel sauce and spicy sauce on top. It was amazing. Extremely delicious and super tasty.

I took the photo below so I can share it with you guys. I will start to share my culinary experience with you. I hope you enjoy and comment what you think about it, I want to know if you would do the same things I do and if you would take the same decision about what to eat.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la maravillosa experiencia que pase en mi restaurant de sushi favorito.

Tenía alrededor de seis meses sin comer sushi, así que cuando ibamos por el Centro Comercial y todos acordaron ir a comer para alla me sentí como la mujer más feliz del planeta.

Bueno, el tiempo llegó. El mesonero me pregunto la orden y simplemente me quede en BLANCO... NADA... No tenía la menor idea de que plato ordenar. Así que el me ve y dice: ¿te gustaría una sugerencia? I rápidamente sin pensarlo casi gritado le dije SÍ. Y así fué cuando por primera vez en mi vida no escojí que ingredientes llevaría mi roll perfecto.

La decidión fué tomada, me sudaban las manos. Iba a probar un nuevo roll (siempre trato de hacerlo para poder ir probando todo el menú) pero esta vez no lo habría escogido yo.

El plato llegó... Y fué ¡PERFECTO!

Se llama Sensei Roll, tiene cebollín, calamar, camaron, queso crema, salsa picante, tope de mezcla de wakame y surimi. Y bañado con salsa de anguila. Super sabroso y delicioso.

Le tome una foto lo más rápido posible porque estaba desesperada por probarlo. Decidí empezar a compartir mis experiencias culinarias con ustedes. Me gustaría saber qué hubiesen hecho en mi posición y si habrían tomado las mismas decisiones que tome yo.
