Colourful lunch
Hello everyone!
Happy lunchtime for us here in the Netherlands.
Today on the menu 3 baked eggs ( uitsmijter) and tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
I baked the egg with baking butter, wich makes it even better. Sprinkled some salt and pepper over it and let it bake on a medium fire while I cut all the veggies and cheese.
So now you can make this fish 2! If you are about to lunch, have a nice one!
You will need:
3 eggs
Baking butter or baking oil
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Feta cheese
