Thưởng thức Bánh bột báng - Enjoy "Tapioca Cake"
Lần đầu tiên mình nhìn thấy bánh bột báng là cách đây 3 ngày trên một trang nấu ăn. Mình bị ấn tượng bởi hình dáng và sẵn nhà có bột báng, mình liền làm thử luôn.
Thực ra, mình có cho thêm nước hoa đậu biếc và sử dụng nhân trà xanh thay vì sử dụng nguyên màu bột báng và nhân đậu xanh. Thành phẩm làm ra cực kỳ ấn tượng, mình cảm giác bánh giống như viên pha lê xanh, lung linh trông rất đẹp mắt!
Đặc biệt, khi ăn kèm với nước cốt dừa và hạnh nhân thì hương vị tuyệt cú mèo! Thơm bùi, ngậy và giòn sần sật rất lạ miệng!
The first time I saw Tapioca cake was 3 days ago on a cooking fan page. I was impressed, so I always try to make it.
In fact, I have added bean flower perfume and use green tea. Finished products are extremely impressive, I feel like a blue crystal shimmer, shimmer looks very nice!
Especially, when eaten with coconut milk and almonds, the taste is great!
