Ingredients for 6 people:

*.- 1 Kg of pumpkin.
*.- 2 tablespoons of salt.
*.- 3 tablespoons of butter.
*.- 1 minced onion rate.
*.- 1 garlic porro.
*.- 4 beef broth rates.
*.-1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
*.- 3/4 light cream rate.
*.- White cheese to serve.

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin, wash it, cut it into medium pieces and put it in a pot with water that covers it and two teaspoons of salt. I wait for it to boil and cook for 25 minutes so that it softens, drain and remove.

On the other hand, put the butter in a pot and heat the chives and the white garlic until brown.
