Blustem Delights

Bluestem is a James Beard Award winning restaurant and presents set price testing menus of three, five or seven course meals. Dainty and beautiful plating of deliciousness. I very thoroughly enjoyed the gastronomic delights that I had chosen from the restaurant's menu.

My daughter first tried Blustem's food tasting umpteen course dinner and she has been a fan ever since. However, she felt that the food tasting event could drag on and on taking up too much time. Although the portions are minute, she is a small eater and finds difficulty sampling the entire course. She prefers to opt for the three course meal.

As the menu is a limited selection, we do not have to browse through numerous options and spending too much time making up our mind on what to order. Blustem's menu also changes now and then to showcase seasonal produce.

I like that the kitchen is open and customers are able to view the chefs in action.

A few days ago, the family went to the restaurant again. As usual, the food was superb. The kiddo whose palate does not extend to such food yet, stuck to his burger and fries. He insisted the burger was the best he ever tasted. I did not know that the restaurant also has an ala carte menu to cater for customers like the kiddo.
